All excursion programs offered are led by German or English speaking, local guides. The customer has to be ready for the specified collection times at Villa Kompiang. In late appearance of more than 30 minutes, the Organiser is entitled to withdraw from the program and to calculate the general cancellation charges for no-shows. The programs include the services mentioned in the description, including admission fees and parking fees.

When signing up for multiple participants, the applicant is jointly liable with these participants for their contractual obligations as for his own. For one or more nights at Villa Kompiang a deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival. The balance is to be paid by the end of the stay at the latest. We accept Indonesian Rupiah and all international currencies such as American Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Singapore Dollars, Australian Dollars in cash. If you pay with a currency other than US dollars, the advertised price at the daily rate is converted. Bank transfers should be made to Indonesia (Bali) exclusively in Euro or American Dollars.
For bank transfer request in Euro, the amount can be paid also to the German or Austrian account. Within the euro zone are no transfer fees.

The costs incurred for a referral costs of any kind shall be borne by the customer and can not be subtracted from the total amount.
